INITIAL CONSULTATION

I will meet with you personally or via telephone call.  We will discuss your ideas/needs for the trip. Also, we will talk about your traveling style, destinations, dates and number of people to travel.

ESTIMATE

An estimate will be provided for your review and approval.   

A 50% deposit will be required at this time to initiate the planning process.   

ITINERARY & BOOKINGS

I will present you a suggested itinerary.  Once we agree on your itinerary, I will do all bookings and reservations. In this phase of the process, you can have as much or little involvement as you want.

TRAVEL GUIDE

One week prior to your traveling date you will receive your traveling documents.  This includes a detailed day by day traveling guide that you will receive as an electronic document and also in color printed format.
